Salary: $52,750–$79,650 USD annually, with potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Develop support strategies for product families and integrate service requirements into product development.
- Establish and monitor product service metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and cross-functional teams on service planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Execute project plans, provide research and data analysis, and report progress and impediments.
- Build customer relationships and support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between business units and sales to align service initiatives and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 0–2 years of experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
- Knowledge of product management, project management, business strategy, data analysis, analytics, and Agile methodology.
- Experience or familiarity with customer relationship management, KPIs, product strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
