VP of People (AI)

Location: 100% remote for US-based candidates. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $227K–$250K annually

What you will do

• Lead the People team across recruiting, onboarding, organizational development, compensation, performance management, retention, and engagement.
• Build scalable talent strategies and partner with hiring managers across the business.
• Strengthen the values-driven culture, remote-work systems, collaboration practices, and employee experience.
• Define and track People metrics, using data to guide decisions and report organizational health to leadership.
• Apply an AI lens to People operations and help employees use AI more effectively.
• Establish planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms that support business growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading People organizations at a scaling B2B SaaS company with $30M–$150M ARR.
• Experience guiding organizations through a growth stage and changing operating models.
• Hands-on HRBP experience and strong understanding of business partnership.
• Clear perspective on how AI can advance People practices and how teams operate.
• Strong communication, empathy, accountability, and ability to lead effectively in a remote setting.
• Must be based in the United States and already authorized to work there; visa sponsorship is not available.
