What you will do

  • Provide strategic design leadership and subject-matter expertise across assigned client accounts.
  • Lead design governance, standards, workflows, quality control, deliverables, and escalation support.
  • Direct Revit implementation, technology transitions, process improvement, training, and change management.
  • Develop scalable design processes, templates, workplace standards, and tools for corporate, workplace, and retail rollout programs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop design managers and associates while overseeing workload planning and resource alignment.
  • Coordinate with clients, account leaders, internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, consultants, and other external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, facilities, project management, construction management, or a related discipline; an alternative bachelor’s degree requires interior design certification, degree, or diploma.
  • At least seven years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, design, or a related environment.
  • Five to ten years of management experience leading, coaching, developing, and planning workloads for design teams.
  • Experience managing design services across multiple client accounts or business lines and developing standards, processes, templates, tools, and governance models.
  • Strong client-facing leadership, presentation, communication, analytical, and quality-control skills.
  • Working knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and architectural and engineering drawings.
