Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan; relocation from anywhere is offered.

What you will do

• Design covers and key visuals for product and feature releases.
• Adapt creative assets for Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, websites, in-app banners, advertisements, and presentations.
• Evolve and maintain the visual language and Instagram grid.
• Create key art and posters for original series and brand campaigns.
• Turn product features into clear, eye-catching visuals and generate, curate, and refine AI imagery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, motion designers, founders, and growth teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, layouts, grids, and custom title design.
• Advanced Figma and Photoshop skills; Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong experience with image-generation AI tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating social, marketing, or key art work.
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, visual culture, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in the Almaty office.

Nice to have

• Basic motion skills in After Effects or a similar tool.
• Experience designing posters for film or entertainment.
