Senior Manager, Talent Management (AI)

Location: Culver City, California; must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and work from the office five days a week

What you will do

• Advise senior business leaders and support strategic and operational decisions.
• Handle complex employee relations matters and guide leaders through organizational change.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career frameworks, and internal mobility programs.
• Design and deliver manager development, leadership training, onboarding, coaching, and workshops.
• Lead, coach, and develop the People Partner team while collaborating with global People teams.
• Use AI and workforce data to improve talent programs, HR workflows, reporting, and manager support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP or talent management experience, including ownership of company-wide talent programs.
• 2+ years managing HR or People Partner team members.
• Experience partnering with executive-level leaders and launching performance management, career development, or leadership programs.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws; California employment law experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR workflows, strong analytical skills, and experience leading organizational change.
• Must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and able to work from the office five days a week.
