Location: Hybrid with hubs in San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; and Santiago, Chile
Salary: $183,000 to $215,000 (San Francisco, CA); $155,000 to $182,000 (Denver, CO)

What you will do
- Develop new platform capabilities and product offerings from design through release
- Balance speed to market with long-term growth by designing scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product to define initiatives and roadmap
- Ensure system availability through on-call rotation and support
- Mentor engineers across the organization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software development experience with proficiency in Ruby, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including databases, data structures, algorithms, and REST APIs
- Experience with domain modeling, object design, and system architecture
- Ability to write clear, tested, and concise code
- Strong ownership of development lifecycle including incident response
- Desire to collaborate and share knowledge in a fast-paced environment
