Salary: $55,000–$66,560 per year

What you will do

• Execute risk-based monitoring, control testing, sampling, and validation reviews across hirify.global Bank business units.
• Analyze transaction-level and control-level data to identify errors, trends, control weaknesses, and emerging risks.
• Document testing procedures, results, observations, conclusions, root causes, and risk impacts.
• Prepare reports and present monitoring results, key risk indicators, control issues, and corrective actions to management and governance committees.
• Track remediation activities and validate that corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and improvements to monitoring and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Knowledge of internal control testing or internal quality assurance processes.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations, including Regulation B, C, DD, E, O, TRID, RESPA, TILA, CRA, FCRA, ECOA, and UDAAP.
• Ability to analyze data, investigate process breakdowns, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must work remotely from Hawaii, United States.
