Quality Analysts (Telecom)

Location: Onsite in Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Complete assigned transaction evaluations and participate in internal and external calibration sessions.
• Monitor and manage performance and service quality for a new telecom program.
• Support customer satisfaction by identifying quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Build effective communication with clients and team members, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports based on data analysis and observations.
• Develop practical strategies based on performance trends and quality findings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of quality assurance experience in the telecom domain.
• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
• Ability to work onsite at the Cairo location.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
