Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Use data to shape product development, quantify opportunities, define goals, and prioritize product roadmaps.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods and data visualization to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
• Define and monitor product and engagement metrics, including forecasting and measurement of product success.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, including experiments involving ML-driven features and treatment/prevention relationships.
• Monitor ML model performance in production and generate insights for model improvements and new data-driven solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to influence product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science using quantitative approaches.
• Experience leading data-driven projects from definition through execution, including metric definition, experiment design, and communication of actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience with data visualization, experimental design, statistical modeling, Bayesian methods, and propensity score matching.
• Experience analyzing or testing ML models in production, using AI tools for analysis and problem solving, and communicating insights clearly.
