Head of MIS (SaaS)

hirify.global operates a SaaS business supported by internal IT, information systems, and AI enablement functions.

What you will do

• Define and execute the MIS strategy and roadmap across IT, information systems engineering, and AI enablement.
• Lead managers, systems engineers, and AI specialists; hire, mentor, set goals, and build a service-oriented organization.
• Govern the architecture, integration, lifecycle, and data flows of CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and other business systems.
• Drive adoption of AI tools, automations, internal copilots, and productivity workflows.
• Oversee global IT operations, endpoint and identity management, employee support, security controls, and compliance activities.
• Own budgets, technology spend, vendor relationships, reporting, and cross-functional systems partnerships.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in MIS, IT, or business systems within SaaS or technology companies, including management of managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading IT operations, information systems engineering, and business applications in a distributed environment.
• Demonstrated experience driving AI and automation adoption with measurable productivity or efficiency gains.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance systems, integrations, and data architecture.
• Knowledge of IT security, governance, compliance, IAM, endpoint and MDM, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Experience with executive stakeholder management, budgets, vendors, consultants, and outsourced partners.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling MIS or IT in a high-growth, globally distributed SaaS company.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, automation platforms, and internal copilot development.
• Experience owning systems through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.
• Relevant degree or certifications such as ITIL, PMP, cloud, or security certifications.
