What you will do

• Complete the Graduate Programme CRA training curriculum and relevant therapeutic, protocol, and clinical research training.
• Shadow experienced clinical staff and support study procedures and monitoring activities under close supervision.
• Communicate with clinical research sites to help manage project expectations and issues.
• Track regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrolment, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study team members and support study start-up and project execution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Basic clinical research knowledge from coursework or self-study.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonisation guidelines.
