What you will do
- Manage strategic fund-client relationships as a senior point of contact and lead executive-level service discussions.
- Oversee service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs, driving accountability and service improvements.
- Lead and develop Client Service Managers while sponsoring client projects, fund launches, and change initiatives.
- Oversee operational risks, incidents, remediation plans, audits, due diligence visits, and regulatory reviews.
- Drive innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and strategic business initiatives with internal stakeholders.
