Manager IT (Onsite)

Location: Tyson Emma, Springdale, Arkansas, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead IT operations and a diverse team covering project management, product ownership, support, and technical functions.
• Align IT strategies and services with business objectives while maintaining infrastructure stability, security, and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver IT initiatives on schedule.
• Manage operational efficiency, service-level issues, risks, vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum practices to plan, execute, document, and report on projects.
• Develop team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant practical experience, preferably in IT management or a related role.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must work onsite in Springdale, Arkansas; immigration, work authorization, and relocation support are not available.

Nice to have

• Relevant IT certification.
• Experience transitioning from an individual contributor role into people leadership.
