Location: Norfolk, VA, USA; 100% on-site in a Special Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and document cyber tests for operational systems, laboratory environments, and cyber ranges.
• Analyze operational architectures and identify ways to gain access to target networks and systems.
• Perform network scouting, vulnerability analysis, and surveys of computer and digital networks.
• Conduct on-net and off-net activities, including controlling deployed technologies and exfiltrating data.
• Deploy and use offensive tools such as backdoors and sniffers against target environments.
• Exploit network devices, security systems, terminals, and physical or wireless access points.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• On-site work in a SCIF is required.
• At least one year of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or exploitation development.
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), equivalent, or higher certification.
• Proficiency with at least one offensive tool: Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, or Core Impact.
• Ability to independently conduct penetration testing or red teaming under the guidance of a senior or mid-level red team operator and produce red team reports.
