What you will do
- Collaborate with clients and service partners to exchange accurate information across multiple systems.
- Reconcile pre-processing reports and research payroll discrepancies before processing.
- Analyze payroll information to support accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
- Participate in testing and parallel runs for new payroll requirements.
- Assist Payroll Supervisors with regional operational tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Technical high school degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Fast-learning, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous development.
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and learning new tools; training is provided.
Nice to have
- Previous payroll experience.
- Additional language skills.
