Manager Business Partnerships (Fintech): Leading product delivery and commercialization initiatives for payment products and portfolios with an accent on agile planning, governance, financial health, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing strategic roadmaps, analyzing product metrics, mitigating delivery risks, and coordinating complex initiatives across Finance, Sales, and Account Management.

What you will do
- Monitor go-to-market delivery for assigned payment products and portfolios from intake through deployment and management.
- Plan and lead strategic product roadmap initiatives, managing budgets, capacity, work intake, schedules, and delivery documentation.
- Develop reporting tools, governance processes, status updates, issue lists, and risk logs for senior leadership visibility.
- Analyze product program data, metrics, financial health, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.
- Assess and mitigate delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and drive issues through complete resolution.
- Build trusted relationships and coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Account Management, and other functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Typically at least 10 years of relevant experience in product delivery, consulting, product development, or product management.
- Experience leading projects and executing initiatives in the payments industry, with knowledge of the payment ecosystem.
- Experience working in agile environments, preferably with cloud-based SaaS products.
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs with business partners and designing activity controls.
- Leadership, project execution, negotiation, collaboration, and matrix management skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- PgMP certification.
- Partnership management experience.
- Knowledge of clearinghouse online and batch processes.
