Engineering Relations Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Work with engineering and R&D teams to explain technical work to expert engineering audiences.
• Translate engineering projects, architecture decisions, and technical learnings into clear, high-quality narratives.
• Identify compelling technical breakthroughs and develop content independently.
• Create material for engineering communities, technical publications, and top-tier conference submissions.
• Conduct technical interviews and manage multiple content projects and deadlines autonomously.

Requirements

• Professional experience writing and shipping software, with a strong computer science or software engineering foundation.
• Ability to read codebases, interpret technical documentation, and engage deeply with complex architectures.
• Experience with fintech, infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-scale engineering environments.
• Exceptional technical writing skills, including the ability to explain complex trade-offs clearly without oversimplification.
• Strong technical credibility and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Active engineering or open-source involvement, technical blogging, open-source contributions, or conference speaking experience.
• Developer Relations or technical community management experience.
• Experience preparing accepted conference abstracts or CFPs.
• Experience producing technical video scripts, technical teardowns, or multimodal content.
