Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office
Base salary: $96,960β$121,200 per year; uncapped commission and $121,000β$151,500 OTE range

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of critical strategic SMB accounts in priority markets.
- Develop and execute account plans that improve retention, new diner acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary contact and internal advocate for partners, including providing emergency contact coverage.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and agreement renewal opportunities.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions and address complex merchant challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance, while traveling to meet partners and attend industry events.
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency required.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience, plus a high school diploma or GED.
- 4β6 years of account management or enterprise account management experience.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, phone, computer, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel and speak with restaurants in person.
- Proven success meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish.
- Experience working with or selling to restaurant owners.
- Restaurant industry experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
