Group Internal Control Senior Specialist (SAP GRC)

What you will do

• Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of IT controls for internal and external audit compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on segregation of duties across integrated systems.
• Analyze, validate, and document evidence for IT general and application controls.
• Collaborate with control owners, internal audit, and external auditors during testing and certification.
• Identify improvements to IT control processes and support updates to control frameworks and governance standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and summaries of control testing results for management.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in IT internal controls, IT general controls, or IT audit, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
• Experience in a Big Four firm or a multinational company with a mature internal control or audit function.
• Strong command of SAP GRC and internal control methodologies.
• Knowledge of segregation of duties is beneficial.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
