QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Remote in Colombia

What you will do

• Analyze slot game mechanics, features, edge cases, and complex gameplay scenarios.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and creative manual test cases.
• Investigate crash logs, historical data, and backtraces using basic debugging techniques to identify root causes.
• Perform mobile, cross-browser, API, and database testing, including validation of wallet transactions and server integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and designers in an Agile environment to resolve defects early.
• Document and isolate complex bugs while meeting strict production deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of hands-on QA testing experience in software or gaming.
• Experience testing slot games, including RNG, paylines, and bonus features, with an interest in casino and social/mobile gaming.
• Experience with API testing, database testing using SQL queries, and command-line debugging tools.
• Experience testing native and web-based mobile applications, with working knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux.
• Recognized software testing certification, such as ISTQB or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with JIRA, strong analytical and communication skills, and a high level of integrity when handling unreleased game data.

Nice to have

• QA automation experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
