Senior Digital Content Writer (AI)

Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide, Australia; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the creation, review and optimisation of content across the Superannuation website.
• Write clear, engaging and accessible customer-focused digital content.
• Translate complex superannuation and financial information into plain English.
• Contribute to information architecture, page hierarchy, navigation labels and customer pathways.
• Partner with Digital, UX and Product teams on content audits, journey mapping, sitemaps and page structures.
• Apply UX writing, SEO, customer insights and in-house AI tools while meeting brand, legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field.
• At least five years of experience writing for digital platforms.
• Experience in superannuation, financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
• Successful applicants must complete a criminal and bankruptcy check before commencing employment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and optimising digital content in a regulated environment.
• Experience contributing to site structures, page templates and customer journeys with UX, design and product teams.
• Familiarity with behavioural science principles.
