What you will do

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets with HR, Finance, and the Vodacom Foundation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Partner with senior managers and cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop cost-saving initiatives and provide insights to improve profitability and cost management.
  • Improve financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, finance business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
