What you’ll do
- Execute the MAST people strategy and develop portfolio frameworks with executive leadership, including learning and development and talent initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders on people plans, organizational design, performance management, and business growth.
- Deliver organizational effectiveness, functional change, and people programmes across business units.
- Manage workforce planning, including FTE, contractor, employment operating expenditure, payroll budgets, and headcount.
- Act as a trusted change partner, influencing leaders and embedding new behaviours, policies, processes, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Three-year degree or diploma in Industrial Psychology, BCom/BA with an HRM honours qualification, Business Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification.
- 8+ years of applicable experience as a Human Resources professional across the HR spectrum.
- Strong communication, collaboration, business management, judgement, decision-making, integrity, and analytical thinking skills.
