DRSN Engineer/Administrator

Location: US-VA-Herndon, United States; fully onsite

Salary: $94,150–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide expert-level field IT support and lead complex service request fulfillment.
• Administer network and computer systems across multiple operating systems.
• Support mobile devices, desk-side operations, deployments, and staff at international locations.
• Manage and document tickets while evaluating service performance and resolution quality.
• Optimize systems and recommend improvements to overall service delivery.

Requirements

• 6 years of IT support experience.
• 9+ years of IT engineering experience with a high school diploma, or commensurate experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience.
• Security+ certification and DRSN experience.
• Expert IT field support and leadership skills, including systems administration across multiple operating systems.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• Must work fully onsite in the United States.
