Organic Growth Manager (AI Search)

What you will do

• Own organic discoverability and organic revenue growth end to end.
• Build SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies across search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines.
• Design experiments, document results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and search behavior.
• Build organic growth into product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop external authority through editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions, and high-quality backlinks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results in competitive markets.
• Hands-on experience with GEO, AEO, and AI search, with the ability to distinguish evidence from speculation.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, and relevant tools.
• Track record of growing organic revenue with quantifiable results.
• Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building.
• Ability to own a revenue target and operate independently as an individual contributor.

Nice to have

• Programmatic SEO experience.
• Experience producing content at scale with AI.
• Experience with Reddit, review platforms, or other customer communities.
