Market Access Manager (Health Economics)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; requires travel within Morocco and, when needed, within the region.

What you will do

• Develop and implement market access plans for the Morocco portfolio, including launch-access plans for new products and pipeline assets.
• Prepare value and reimbursement dossiers, evidence packs, value propositions, health-economic analyses, pricing analyses, and business cases.
• Design and coordinate compliant patient access programs and monitor their performance with external partners.
• Analyze patient-pathway barriers, payer requirements, policy developments, and competitive dynamics to identify access opportunities and risks.
• Engage health authorities, payers, institutions, healthcare professionals, and other access stakeholders through approved engagement activities.
• Coordinate access projects, field implementation, budgets, timelines, and collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and regional access teams.

Requirements

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health, business, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical-industry experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, health economics, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan healthcare system, payer environment, reimbursement pathways, and public and private institutions.
• Experience developing access strategies, value dossiers, health-economic analyses, pricing analyses, business cases, or patient access solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English required. Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytical and technical writing skills, presentation ability, project management, and stakeholder management experience.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate training in health economics, market access, or health policy.
• Arabic language skills.
• Good scientific or medical knowledge and understanding of health-economic and market access principles.
