Location: Prague, Czechia; onsite office role with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts in a 24/7 pattern

What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system and batch-processing performance to maintain operational efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and deliver performance reports, analytics, and insights for business and operational decision-making.
- Administer and continuously improve automation tools, operational processes, and reporting solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with IT, application support, and business teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and support production deployments.
- Support business continuity, conversion and deconversion activities, operational readiness, and proactive stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Czech or Slovak and English at communicational level required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in information technology, operations, or the bankcard/payments industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify performance trends and support issue resolution.
- Experience with production support, system monitoring, automation, and operational reporting in complex technology environments.
- Availability for a 24/7 rotating schedule with 12-hour day and night shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting production operations, system performance monitoring, or automation environments.
- Knowledge of mainframe and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting and data-analysis tools.
- Experience working in Agile practices and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
