Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

  • Support global organizational and workforce transformation projects in the procurement function.
  • Help accelerate the adoption of new skills and competencies.
  • Develop ideas and participate in workshops and training creation.
  • Create, manage, and design internal SharePoint websites and presentation materials.
  • Support digitalization projects that improve user adoption of new and existing tools.

Requirements

  • Current Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma studies in business administration, information technology, human sciences, or social sciences.
  • Interest in cultural change, employee development, organizational transformation, and digital technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across functions and locations in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Interest in developing skills in Power BI, Alteryx, and WalkMe.

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
  • Facilitation and moderation skills.
  • Experience designing workshops and training.
