Senior Services Engineer-2 (WhatsApp/Apple Messages)

Location: Curitiba, Brazil; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Develop and manage implementation methodologies for dedicated OTT channels, primarily WhatsApp and Apple Messages for Business.
• Support complex customer implementations and early-release projects as a technical expert.
• Define QA frameworks and optimize implementation flows for products in the hirify.global portfolio.
• Connect Regional Solution Engineering, Product Development, Customer Services, and external partners such as Meta and Apple.
• Collect field feedback, test beta features, and contribute to product roadmap and solution improvements.
• Develop implementation guides, lead Communities of Practice, enable regional teams, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and ability to support complex customer use cases.
• Experience with implementation methodologies, QA frameworks, product rollouts, or technical solution delivery.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with fast-moving timelines connected to Meta and Apple launch dates.
• Willingness to collaborate across Latin America, North America, and global product teams.
• Ability to maintain current knowledge of WhatsApp, Apple Messages for Business, product upgrades, competition, and industry trends.
