What you will do
- Support product teams with feature discovery, customer insights, data analysis, and financial-services innovation.
- Write and ship code alongside senior engineers on live feature builds and system improvements.
- Design user flows and interfaces by uncovering user needs, mapping journeys, and iterating on wireframes.
- Support analytics, reporting, commercial partnerships, marketing campaigns, or finance and accounting operations.
- Contribute to market research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic projects for the executive team.
Requirements
- Up to two years of experience, including internships or co-ops.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable, while proven capability and experience are valued equally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity, continuous iteration, ownership, adaptability, and collaborative work.
