Location: Work from home or any Voya location in the United States; nationwide territory coverage required. Travel: 35β50%.
Annual base salary: $100,070β$157,470 USD, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Build trust-based relationships with client executives, treasury, human resources, benefits teams, advisors, and third-party administrators.
- Advise clients and brokers on investment performance, diversification, investment style, suitability, plan design, and participant engagement.
- Lead cross-functional service teams, establish strategic plans, and measure delivery against agreed metrics.
- Manage client retention, RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking exercises, contract negotiations, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Coordinate client enhancement projects, including internal resources, scope, costs, implementation dates, and expectations.
- Identify organic growth and cross-selling opportunities and support the sales process for new 401(k) business.
Requirements
- 6+ years of client service relationship management experience for defined contribution plans.
- Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and a solid investment background.
- Strong client management, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
- Industry certifications and FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
