Intelligence Transformation Intern (AI)

Location: Remote; the role is part of the United States client solutions department and compensation follows applicable state pay-transparency requirements.

Base compensation: $29–30 per hour.

What you will do

• Design and build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, intelligent assistants, and automations using Microsoft Power Automate and related platforms.
• Develop proof-of-concepts with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
• Integrate enterprise systems, knowledge repositories, databases, APIs, and AI tools.
• Create prompt frameworks, reusable agent patterns, workflow accelerators, and an Intelligent Workbench for consultants.
• Evaluate AI solutions for governance, security, compliance, trustworthiness, and business value.
• Collaborate with consultants and practice leaders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and document implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience building software projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis techniques.
• Experience using GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents, copilots, agentic workflows, or workflow automations.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and responsible AI.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Claude, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or enterprise knowledge management platforms.
