Supervisor, Fund Accounting

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day management and development of a fund accounting team.
• Review and oversee fund accounting, NAV reporting, and financial reporting deliverables for accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Plan workloads, support training, and coordinate efficient service delivery.
• Lead audit and financial reporting activities with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain controls, compliance, and high standards of client service.
• Identify process improvements, support technology initiatives, and oversee fee billing and collections.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, investment management, auditing, or a similar financial services environment.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client service skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent.
