Analyst - Customer Success (On Premise)

Salary: HUF 6,947,500–9,433,450 yearly

What you will do

• Support the On-Premise customer success team with local and multi-country client projects.
• Create insights by preparing briefs, retrieving and analyzing data, storyboarding, and developing presentations.
• Support customers with data issues, data pulls, methodology questions, database setup, change requests, and product coding questions.
• Create ongoing and ad hoc reports and develop expertise in Discover and reporting tools.
• Contribute to quarterly business objectives and ensure deliverables meet process quality requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and applying analysis to client-related business issues.
• Experience collaborating on projects and maintaining positive client relationships through value delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with software and digital technologies.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills, including experience creating presentations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the On-Premise or HoReCa industry.
