Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. The Vilnius office follows a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model.

Salary: €2,800–€3,300 gross per month.

What you will do

• Find stories and examples from across the organisation and turn them into engaging internal content.
• Manage internal communication channels, including content planning, tone guidelines, templates, and distribution.
• Lead content and programmes for quarterly and annual company-wide meetings, including agendas, presentations, materials, and speaker preparation.
• Partner with leaders, HR, Events, and Culture on change communication, internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and CSR communications.
• Own engagement survey communications, run short surveys, gather feedback, and track reach and participation.
• Use channel data, employee feedback, and AI tools to improve communication formats, campaigns, and everyday work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related communication role.
• Excellent English and the ability to write clear, natural copy about complex or sensitive subjects.
• Experience working with leaders and HR on change communication and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to use surveys, employee feedback, and channel data to evaluate and improve communications.
• Strong organisation, project ownership, judgement, and ability to deliver work on time while coordinating others.
• Practical experience with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to communication work.
