Tier 2 Data Analyst

What you will do

• Investigate complex incidents escalated from Tier 1 support and identify root causes across logs, data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.
• Restore services using workarounds or fixes for known and semi-known issues, while supporting production releases and maintenance.
• Monitor pipeline jobs, alerts, dashboards, logs, and overall system health; detect anomalies, performance degradation, and data integrity issues.
• Validate data across ERP systems, APIs, databases, and other connected platforms.
• Coordinate P1/P2 incident response, bridge calls, stakeholder communication, and escalations to engineering teams.
• Collaborate on root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, operational runbooks, monitoring configuration, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience with data pipelines and ETL tools such as SnapLogic or DataStage, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, plus Python or scripting for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Knowledge of API integrations, distributed systems, log analysis, and cloud or relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with incident management, ITSM or ServiceNow, incident prioritization, and SLA-driven environments.
• Ability to work in the Kosice, Slovakia location.
