What you will do

• Plan and conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research across product areas.
• Research user needs and behaviors through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other appropriate methods.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers from discovery through validation.
• Recruit participants, moderate sessions, analyze data, and present clear, actionable findings.
• Maintain research documentation and contribute to the shared research repository.
• Support ResearchOps through recruitment processes, research tooling, documentation standards, templates, and guidance for lightweight research.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional UX research experience.
• Experience planning and conducting end-to-end studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Designers and integrate research into product development.
• Experience using AI tools for research workflows while verifying generated outputs against original data.
• Fluent C1 English and fluent C1 German or Dutch are required.
