TL;DR
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Quality Systems/EPC): Supporting and improving company-wide and project-level quality systems, workflows, documentation, and audit findings with an accent on ISO management systems, process governance, and business continuity. Focus on mapping operational processes, automating workflows, analyzing common findings, and implementing process improvement action plans across an international EPC organization.

Location: hirify.global Athens Office, 80 Ioannou Metaxa, Koropi, Greece

What you will do

  • Support users of the company’s Quality Systems at corporate and project level.
  • Promote continuous improvement of quality policies, procedures, forms, and process governance.
  • Support Quality project teams with workflow automation tools.
  • Update and develop training materials for workflows, documentation, and awareness campaigns.
  • Support departments and divisions with Business Continuity Plans and Anti-Bribery Management Systems.
  • Collect audit findings, maintain the related database, and follow up on process improvement action plans and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Engineering; a Master Certificate is an asset.
  • Up to four years of experience in Quality or Management Systems, preferably in a large organization.
  • Knowledge of international Management System standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 22301, or ISO 37001.
  • Experience mapping operational processes across departments or business units and applying Quality Assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management System software; low-code or no-code skills are an asset.
  • Fluent English is required. Analytical, planning, organizing, presentation, training, and problem-solving skills are expected.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Certified Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 or another relevant ISO Management System.
