Copywriter (Optics)

Location: Vilnius office, Lithuania

Salary: €2,800–€3,800 per month before taxes, including a monthly bonus

What you will do

• Develop product names and clear product stories for new devices and technologies.
• Write launch campaigns and advertising copy for Meta, Google, websites, and landing pages.
• Create organic social media content, articles, press releases, newsletters, and automated email flows.
• Prepare copy for brochures, event booths, and international exhibition materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and R&D teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting or product marketing, supported by a portfolio showing creative and technical depth.
• Ability to translate complex optical technology into clear and compelling product stories.
• Experience using AI tools to research, iterate, and optimize the writing workflow.
• Experience writing for multiple channels, from social advertising to long-form articles.
• Native-like writing skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Nice to have

• Experience in optics, thermal imaging, hunting, or birdwatching.
• Knowledge of German, Polish, or French.
• Experience with copy performance analytics, advertising or email marketing platforms, and WordPress.
• Ability to objectively explain copy decisions to stakeholders.
