(Senior) Android Engineer (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Design and implement Android user interfaces that make complex investing products accessible.
• Build visually rich user experiences and custom UI components.
• Experiment with Android platform technologies and improve the product technically and functionally.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code with security as a first-class concern.
• Own the full app lifecycle from ideation through delivery to the Google Play Store.
• Collaborate with software engineers, academics, product stakeholders, and other teams.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Exposure to or interest in Kotlin, RxJava, Coroutines, Compose, Dagger, and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking across technical and product domains.
• Passion for delivering excellent user experiences and working with custom UI.
• Clear, concise communication with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the Android framework.

Nice to have

• Prior fintech experience.
• Interest in investing or experience as a hirify.global customer.
• Interest in other technology stacks.
