Senior Crisis & Resilience Manager

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

Base salary: EUR 3,100–5,100 per month for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based rewards and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance operational resilience and crisis management frameworks in line with standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide strategic, operational, and tactical advice to senior leaders during incidents, exercises, and resilience initiatives.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate crisis management and resilience training, testing, and tabletop exercises.
• Coordinate real-world crisis responses, including triage, invocation, situational assessment, impact analysis, action tracking, and reporting.
• Lead complex resilience analyses and create executive-level presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Manage suppliers, mentor colleagues, and support a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in crisis and incident management, operational resilience, or business continuity within a multinational organisation.
• Experience developing or implementing crisis management and operational resilience frameworks, standards, or procedures.
• Hands-on experience responding to complex incidents involving operational teams and senior executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programmes, risk assessments, control evaluations, or resilience activities.
• Strong ability to advise and influence senior leaders during high-pressure and uncertain situations.
• Fluent written and spoken English, advanced presentation skills, and readiness for on-call and out-of-hours response activities.

Nice to have

• Certification in crisis management, business continuity management, or operational resilience.
• Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
• Experience in management consulting, advisory work, team leadership, threat intelligence, or crisis management platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory or audit requirements.
