is building a global financial institution for digital assets, providing institutional liquidity, trading, OTC execution, and treasury management services.
What you will do
- Own the full accounts payable cycle across entities in the UK, US, France, UAE, Singapore, and Panama.
- Process invoices, expenses, credit notes, payment runs, supplier data, and reconciliations in a multi-currency, multi-bank environment.
- Prepare accruals, prepayment schedules, intercompany recharges, AP ageing reports, and payment forecasts for monthly close and Treasury.
- Support indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and liaise with local advisers on cross-border invoice treatment.
- Administer corporate cards and employee expenses, manage supplier queries, and provide documentation for statutory audits.
- Develop AP processes, policies, controls, standardization, and automation while supporting finance projects and system implementations.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Accountant with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- In-depth technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with audit engagements.
- Experience with accounting systems, ideally NetSuite, plus advanced Microsoft and/or Google product skills.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements, with interest in trading and crypto environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
