TL;DR
SEM Vision Application Instructor (Semiconductor Training): Developing and delivering technical training programs for field engineers, application engineers, and customers worldwide with an accent on hands-on instruction, learning content, and complex semiconductor systems. Focus on translating technical documentation into effective learning solutions, supporting new product introductions, assessing trainee performance, and delivering training during international travel.
Location: Rehovot, Israel; international travel required approximately 25% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training.
- Develop and maintain presentations, lab exercises, training materials, and learning content.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Units on new product introductions.
- Translate technical documentation into clear learning solutions.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Support global knowledge transfer initiatives and improve training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering technical training, instruction, mentoring, or customer-facing technical support.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to learn complex technical systems quickly.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
- Comfort presenting to groups and facilitating discussions, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, applications, manufacturing, or field service environments.
- Experience developing training content and learning materials.
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
- Experience in a global, multicultural environment.
