What you will do
- Lead sales and delivery engagements for existing and new clients.
- Develop commercial proposals with Senior Managers and Managers.
- Achieve sales and delivery targets.
- Lead business delivery and manage consulting teams across client engagements.
- Provide industry guidance, strategic recommendations, and implementation of best practices.
- Build and lead consultant teams for client missions and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy company.
- Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
- Experience selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
- Fluent French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage team-oriented environments, with a strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
