Creatives Web Developer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain interactive HTML5 advertising banners with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Translate design mockups into polished creatives across multiple formats and sizes.
• Create animations and visual effects using GSAP or similar libraries.
• Build reusable, dynamic, data-driven templates with EJS.
• Extract, adjust, and optimize graphic assets in Adobe Photoshop.
• Test and debug creatives for visual quality, functionality, and browser and device compatibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil for this remote role.
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by examples of previous work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating web animations with GSAP or similar JavaScript libraries.
• Familiarity with template engines such as EJS and reusable dynamic templates.
• Good English communication skills, attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience developing HTML5 banners or other digital advertising creatives.
• Background in graphic, web, or motion design with an eye for composition, typography, and animation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using AI coding agents and reviewing, understanding, and validating generated code.
