TL;DR
Financial Analyst US (Finance/Accounting): Supporting financial operations for the US and LATAM, including payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis with an accent on process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on investigating complex issues, implementing financial controls and system improvements, and translating raw data into actionable recommendations.
Location: Poland; remote or hybrid work available. Availability on America's timeline is required.

What you will do
- Manage client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable processes, execute payments on time, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Communicate with finance, sales, account management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams in the US and LATAM.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and business performance reviews, translating raw data into actionable finance recommendations.
- Support process optimization, financial control implementation, system integrations, data governance, and client master data accuracy.
- Resolve complex non-standard issues and support audit processes.
Requirements
- Advanced English at C1/C2 level is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, logic functions, pivot tables, and data structuring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and business ownership skills.
- Availability to work on America's timeline.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with banking portals, financial transactions, QuickBooks, accounting principles, and IFRS standards.
- Experience with audits, compliance, process improvement, or systems implementation.
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL and practical experience with AI models.
