IT Workplace Operations Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Provide IT and audiovisual technical support for workplace operations.
• Support team productivity by maintaining operational processes and practices to a high standard.
• Act as a junior project manager across technology projects and initiatives.
• Support orders for building refurbishment projects in Europe.
• Perform stock inventory checks and prepare reporting data for monthly operational reviews.
• Help ensure projects meet quality and delivery expectations for TechEx UK customers.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship duration.
• Availability to work on-site in the Central London office five days per week.
• Current undergraduate status with a return to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or completion of A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Interest in technology and basic IT and software expertise.
• Highly organised, proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel, plus a basic understanding of finance or mathematics.
