Procurement Coordinator (Automotive Logistics)

Location: Kumanovo, North Macedonia; onsite at the plant

What you will do

• Coordinate the flow and quality of materials for production according to planning and quality criteria.
• Prioritize activities based on defined timelines and goals.
• Monitor incoming goods, including on-time delivery, quantities, and material inventory.
• Manage emergency freight and coordinate communication between suppliers, production locations, and customers.
• Organize supplier returns, manage excess stock, and coordinate preventive actions for faulty parts with the Quality department.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• Preferably one year of experience in automotive logistics or production.
• Good knowledge of English is required.
• Good computer skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and openness to working in an international automotive environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
