HR Employee Partner (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: El Jem, Tunisia; onsite plant-based role.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and supervisors on HR topics and people-management practices.
• Coordinate and monitor local and regional HR projects.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
• Advise department leaders on HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor HR KPIs, develop action plans, and maintain HR procedures, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support employee relations, communication with employee representatives and social partners, employee transportation activities, and deputize for another HR Employee Partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Good command of English required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of HR processes, industrial environments, labor law, and employee relations principles.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
