What you will do

• Create digital illustrations and visual concepts for marketing and brand campaigns.
• Develop visual content for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, events, exhibitions, partnerships, and product communications.
• Create motion graphics, animated illustrations, kinetic typography, and short-form animations.
• Use AI tools to explore concepts, create prototypes, and accelerate the creative process.
• Turn briefs into polished visual concepts and final assets while adapting creatives for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain hirify.global’s illustration and motion visual style and build a reusable library of visual and motion assets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in character design and illustration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion design.
• Ability to create high-quality illustrations, motion graphics, animated illustrations, kinetic typography, and simple animations.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, visual storytelling, and iGaming or gaming visual trends.
• Portfolio required with character design, illustration, motion design or animation, AI-assisted creative work or prototyping, and marketing or campaign-driven creatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, sports, entertainment, or advertising.
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools.
• Experience with VFX, compositing, or post-production.
• Experience with Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
